Please utilise the kitchen island bins as labelled. Keep it green with us and pop all food scraps (no meat) into the allocated compost bin.
Upon departure all rubbish is to be taken to the nominated bins at the side of the house.
Being rural, we do not have council collections and happily operate a worm farm septic system.
Please contact us if you have any questions about what is acceptable waste.
The house is furnished with an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper,
rubbish bags, soap, Shampoo & Conditioner and dishwasher detergent &
tablets.
Clean linen and towels are supplied with additional blankets & Pillows
available.
A well stapled pantry is available and tea & Coffee (pods) supplied for your
convenience. Please feel free to use them and if you do not feel comfortable (for
dietary or allergy reasons) you will be able to purchase your own supplies from the
Woolworths, Coles or Aldi in Kempsey town centre (18 minutes away).
Our fridge dispenses filtered cold water and ice.
The entertainment unit in the lounge houses a selection of books, games,
playing cards, binoculars (for Jabiru watching) and brushes for the cows.
There is a portable bluetooth speaker (please place back on charge after
use) and google nest ('hey google, play Double J!').
Netflix and youtube are possible on the TV.
For some afternoon fun, why not shake up a cocktail and set yourself up
with a cheese platter to watch the sunset.
We have a weber bbq for outdoor cooking enjoyment,
it is guests responsibility to clean after each use.

Our amazing wood burning fire and oven will keep you warm on cold winter
nights, often facilitating a pot of soup, loaf of bread or pizza whilst doing so. If you are unfamiliar with wood heating and have questions about it's use, we can supply instructions.
We have installed two reverse cycle air conditioners in the bedroom and
lounge, use responsible and switch off after use.
A solid recommendation is to open all the windows and doors and switch on
the ceiling fans to take advantage of Mother Nature's generous breeze.
The European Laundry (fancy for cupboard) has a new washing machine available for use during your stay. Full loads are requested as we function on tank water only.
We have Starlink High Speed Internet Available. With a dedicated office space, giving you the option of working whilst you are with us.
We understand that accidents happen - that's life, right! Please notify us immediately if something gets damaged during your stay or something stops working. We will be as flexible as we can if we are notified as soon as they occur, allowing us to rectify the issue prior to the next guest arriving.If there are any stains to bedding, we would appreciate letting us know so we can treat it first in preparation for our next guest.

Check our time is 10am. We are more than happy to allow a late check out if there is no one coming in the same day and ask that you make any request 48 hours before leaving so we can advise if we can accommodate you.
Please make sure that:
Dogs are welcome with prior consultation, leads are recommended for when you are wandering through the paddocks. No pets are allowed on furniture at any time. We ask that you are mindful of them and planning your trip with allowance to take them out and about with you. If you should need to leave them for a brief time, please just ask and we can mind them for you. There is a fully enclosed, large courtyard and the property is fenced. Dog bowls are supplied.
